Handmade to Order

Many NeoBuddies products are handmade or finished by hand. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, production and dispatch times may vary depending on demand and stock availability.

Estimated production times will be displayed on individual product pages where applicable.

Dispatch Times

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days
  • Handmade or made-to-order items may take 7–21 working days
  • During peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Services

We use trusted courier partners to deliver orders throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Delivery services may include:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS or equivalent courier services

Shipping methods may vary depending on product size and destination.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 working days after dispatch

Large floor lamps or oversized products may require specialist courier delivery and may take additional time.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available for our NeoBuddies

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photographs of:
  • The damaged item
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct before checkout.

NeoBuddies cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details
  • Lost parcels due to inaccurate delivery information

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Pricing

NeoBuddies reserves the right to:

  • Withdraw promotions without notice
  • Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred

Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

NeoBuddies reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Stock availability issues arise
  • Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

Returned items must:

  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resaleable condition

The following items may be non-returnable unless faulty:
